Amy Gandy
Since 1994, Amy has worked in the real estate industry in a wide range of roles. Her experience began on the lending side of the business, processing home improvement and home equity loans, and managing construction projects at a young age. By 2003, she became a top producing Mortgage Loan Processor for the 2nd largest mortgage lender in Austin. Paying close attention to detail is where she learned the value of relationships, constant communication, and doing things right the first time!.
Amy’s lending background, experience, understanding of the appraisal and underwriting processes are an integral part of writing clean contracts and creating smooth transactions for her clients. Current market trends and challenges can be difficult to understand, and it is now more important than ever for buyers and sellers to work with an experienced professional that can guide them through a transaction with honesty and integrity. Amy enjoys providing clients with the information they need to make sound financial decisions for their future.
Her business ranges from first-time homebuyers to marketing luxury listings. She is proficient in negotiations, farm & ranch, construction/remodel project management, marketing, consulting, bank-owned/REO/foreclosure inventory management and sales, and investment properties. She has a natural eye for design, color, and vision to see a home transformed from outdated to modern contemporary, and everything between. Amy truly enjoys all things real estate!
She opened her brokerage, AGandy & Co., in the summer of 2021, with the goal of sharing her knowledge and experience with agents who want to build their own relationship-based businesses and reach their full potential. The brokerage is known for it’s professionalism, collaborative spirit, community support, high-end marketing and service, no matter the price point.
Amy is a 7th generation Texan, growing up in small towns in South and Southwest Texas. She moved to Austin in 1991 and enjoys all the city has to offer. She currently resides in Liberty Hill with her husband, Mike. They have 2 grown children and 2 children attending LHISD.
