Kathy’s passion for real estate began in 2008 after attaining her Texas Real Estate License. She loves connecting with people and building long lasting relationships, while helping them find the home of their dreams or in their next real estate journey. Kathy’s passion, experience, education, and attention to detail help her provide clients with thorough information enabling them to make informed decisions during the buying or selling process. Her real estate career has spanned all aspects of the field, including residential homes, farm & ranch, investment property, commercial, bank owned properties, and property management. Kathy is a Texas native and loves small town environments with easy access to big city amenities.
Fort Worth is Kathy’s birthplace, but her early schooling was in New Mexico. She graduated from Clovis High School and then attended Eastern New Mexico University. Kathy is the proud mother of 4 adult boys. Life has included experiences across much of the South-Central US including Lexington KY, Hereford TX, Clovis NM, Plainview TX, and Llano TX. As a stay-at-home mom, Kathy was deeply involved with her family for many years, including PTA meetings, team mom duties, Boy Scout committees, sports, and band activities. Shortly before her 4th child entered kindergarten, Kathy expanded her education and achieved her Texas Real Estate License.
Her early real estate career was blessed with lots of hard work and success, including election to the local Real Estate Board and being elected Realtor of the Year. After 22 years in Plainview, Kathy and her family relocated to Llano, TX, where she found time to complete her Accounting degree and earned her Texas Real Estate Broker’s License. Her real estate career in Llano included residential listing and sales, as well as the introduction to farm and ranch transactions, commercial sales, and property management.
On a personal level, Kathy is extremely proud of her 4 grown sons. Kylan, her oldest, is an Eagle Scout and a UT Arlington graduate living with his wife and daughter in Lubbock, TX while working as an Insurance Adjuster. Kalen, also an Eagle Scout and living in Lubbock, enjoys traveling the country as a Project Manager for a construction firm. Kasin, an Army Mariner in the US Army is currently stationed in Virginia. Kathy’s youngest, Kenon, also an Eagle Scout and in the US Army, is a Paralegal Specialist with the JAG Corp. Kenon is currently stationed in South Carolina after returning from duty in South Korea.
Kathy has recently followed her heart to Liberty Hill, where she is excited to join AGandy & Co as an Associate Broker. Kathy is a tenacious advocate and supporter for her clients, and loves finding creative ways to make the difficult deals work!
